1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using AI Girl Roleplay at aigirlroleplay.chat (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility and adult-only use
The Site is intended only for adults who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. What this Site does
The Site is a static discovery and browsing service for AI-generated fictional adult characters and roleplay themes. Character images, names, scenarios, and presentation are fictional and are not representations of real people. The Site itself does not provide AI chat accounts, payments, or interactive companion services.
4. Links to EverBond
Character cards and “Create Your Own!” links direct you to EverBond. When you leave this Site, the destination service’s own terms, privacy policy, payment terms, and rules apply. Referral parameters may be included in outbound URLs so EverBond can identify which discovery site, campaign, or character led to the visit.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for lawful personal browsing. You may not disrupt the Site, bypass security controls, scrape or copy it at abusive scale, impersonate another person or business, violate another person’s rights, or use automated systems in a way that materially burdens the service.
6. Intellectual property
The Site’s branding, layout, text, software, and original assets are owned by EverBond LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant ownership of Site content.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Character availability and outbound destinations may change. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. EverBond LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. AI-generated content may contain errors or unexpected results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverBond LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold EverBond LLC harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from unlawful misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
